Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time: We ship to all European countries. Standard delivery takes between 5–20 business days depending on your location and local customs processing times.

Shipping Cost: We offer free shipping on all orders across Europe. No minimum order value is required.

Customs & Duties: For orders shipped within the European Union, no additional customs fees apply. For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Norway, local customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays: While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, postal service disruptions, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.
