1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Since our products are fully customized (Custom License Plate Frames), additional time may be required for design and production.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
- Express Shipping (if available): 3–10 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by external factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to monitor your shipment status.
5. Delays & Issues
Car Plexy LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@carplexy.com, and we will assist you.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at support@carplexy.com with photo evidence (if applicable).
We will investigate the issue and offer a suitable solution.
