Refund Policy – Car Plexy LLC

1. General Rule
Refund eligibility varies by product type:

• Custom License Plate Frames — Fully personalized products. No returns or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds only under exceptional circumstances below.
• Standard Products (Phone Holders, Wireless Chargers, RGB LED Lights, Backseat Organizers) — Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

2. Exceptional Circumstances (All Products)

A. Manufacturing Error or Wrong Product
If the delivered item contradicts the approved order specifications.
Claim period: Within 5 business days of delivery.

B. Damage During Delivery
If the product arrives physically damaged.
Claim period: Within 48 hours of delivery.

C. Excessive Delivery Delay
If delivery significantly exceeds the communicated timeframe without justification.
Right to cancel upon notification, provided item not yet received.

3. Return Conditions
- Clear photo/video evidence required
- Item must be in original condition with packaging
- For custom products: customer is responsible for accuracy of personalized information provided

To initiate a return, email returns@carplexy.com with your order number and evidence. We will review within 2 business days and offer a replacement or full refund.

4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of claim approval.
