Refund Policy – Car Plexy LLC

1. General Rule

All Car Plexy license plate frames are fully personalized, made-to-order products. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds are only issued under the exceptional circumstances listed below.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

A. Manufacturing Error or Wrong Product

If the delivered item contradicts the approved order specifications (e.g., wrong size, wrong configuration).
Claim period: Within 5 business days of delivery.

B. Damage During Delivery

If the product arrives physically damaged due to shipping.
Claim period: Within 48 hours of delivery.

C. Excessive Delivery Delay

If delivery significantly exceeds the communicated timeframe without justification, you have the right to cancel your order upon notification, provided the item has not yet been received.

3. Return Conditions

• Clear photo or video evidence of the issue is required.
• Item must be in original condition with original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of any personalized information provided at the time of order.

To initiate a return, email returns@carplexy.com with your order number and supporting evidence. We will review your request within 2 business days and offer a replacement or full refund.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of claim approval.
